Founded in 2008, HERO ELECTRONICS CO., LIMITED is a Hi-Tech enterprise that engaged in research, design, manufacture and sell of children toys and gifts with 15 years experiences. It specializes in a wide range of digital piggy bank, voice box, sound module, and customizes plastic and electronic items. Professional and rigorous manufacturing technique, unique custom package and high quality products has made us win a good reputation in the global markets, such as Europe, America, South eastern Asia, Middle east, Africa, etc.

Our company has construction engineers and electronic engineer team, mold room, more than 20 sets of injection machines, SMT, Silkscreen Dept., therefore we are well experienced in handling OEM and ODM electronic projects. Our company can develop any customized products based on customers' ideas. Quality and safety are also the major concerns of HERO. To ensure all products with the high quality, we have professional quality assurance teams carrying out thorough inspecting and testing with the most stringent international standards for each shipment.

We have achieved the international advanced levels and authority such as SGS, FCC, RoHS, CE and ISO9001 quality management system. With 2 factory facilities covering 12000 square meters and having 300 employees, our workshops are equipped with 12 production lines and can out put an average amount of over than 500,000pcs per month.

The Process Of Making New Moulds

Sep1

Getting the information from the customer such as the pictures, the size, and the describe.

Sep2

Making 3D drawing by our desigier and then send to the customer for confirmation. The customers can check the details in Edrawings file and STP files.

(Time: 5-7days, cost: USD100-400)

Sep4

Making Modk-up (prototype) sample by CNC machine according to 3D drawing confirmed by the customer.

(Time: 6-10 days, cost: USD150-500)

Sep3

Revising 3D drawing according to the request of the customer (If necessary)

(Time: 2-3 working days)

Sep5

Revising 3D drawing again according to the requst of the customer when he or she revised the Mock-up (protype) sample (If necessary)

(Time: 3-4 days)

Sep6

Making new moulds according to the final 3D drawing which confirmed by the customer.

(Time: 30-35days, cost: depend on)

Making the samples by injection mould maching and then revising the new mould again, and finally making the approval samples, Generally speaking, the new moulds can’t be sucessful in one time, this step is very necessary. (Time: 7-10 days)
