Q1:Do you provide free samples for ODM items?
A:Yes,if we have stocks,we can free provide samples,customers just bear freight cost.
Q2:Can you help to draw 3D artwork for us if we have new idea for product?
A:Yes,our construction engineers could help you until you are satisfied with it.
Q3:Can we customized our logo and sound to your product?
A:Yes,we support logo,sound,function,package custom for our OEM voice boxes and sound items.
Q4:Will you protect our design and mold if we pay mold cost?
A:Yes,we can sign confidentiality agreement ,and will not share your 3D artworks or product details with others,also can not use your mold for production without any permission.
Q5:what is your payment term?
A:For new customers,we accept 30% deposit before order and 70% balance before delivery;
For old customers,we accept 30% deposit before order and 70% balance after sight of B/L copy.
Q6:Do you accept custom package?
A:Yes,we can do that,just let us know your details requirements.
Q7:What are your main products?
A:We are specializing in electronics toys with 15 years experience,they are digital piggy banks,digital money jars,metal coin banks,water thermometers,voice boxes and custom electronics toys&gifts items.
Q8:Can I get a sample?
A:Yes,we welcome sample order to test and check quality.You can choose different models to make a mixed order.Please send me your delivery address,I will calculate the shipping cost for you.
Q9:What about the lead time?
A:Usually,sample needs 3-7days,mass production needs 25-30days.
Q10:What is your MOQ and price?
A:The MOQ for each model is different,so it would be best to refer to the detail page of the product you are interested in.If you need further clarification,please send us the product link and we will reply you as soon as possible.
